Enter Your Cost Basis

Use one currency and one comparable production period. Enter monetary amounts with at most two decimal places. Enter zero for an absent cost; leave no field blank. Product loss must be valued once and excluded from other costs if entered separately. Accepted batches must use the same batch definition and acceptance criteria for both options.

Calculation Basis

Cost per accepted batch = (cartridges used × price per cartridge + testing + labor + other allocated costs + product loss value) ÷ accepted batches. A lower result cannot override failure of a technical acceptance criterion. Inputs whose total cannot be represented in safe minor currency units are rejected. The input bound is a software validation bound, not a company price, capacity or order limit.
