Same-Duty Trial Record

Compare trial checkpoints under the same duty. Record clean-start and later readings at matched flow, temperature and viscosity, then inspect the bag and outlet samples.

Filled pressures, volumes and temperatures below are illustrative inputs, not a validated operating specification.

Decision and supporting observations

Illustrative checkpoint: inlet 1.5 bar, outlet 1.2 bar, 100 L in 2 hours gives 0.3 bar differential pressure and 50 L/h average processed volume.

Capture alongside each checkpoint

  • Bag code, media, ring, dimensions, batch and sample reference.
  • Liquid temperature, viscosity, solids and particle characteristics.
  • Outlet sample result and acceptance method.
  • Seal seating, basket support and bottom-seam condition.
  • Termination reason: operating limit, quality failure, planned batch change or elapsed trial.

Check gauges use the same units and reflect the upstream/downstream sides of this filter. Use the housing and approved bag specification for limits. Site isolation and depressurization procedures govern inspection.
