What we include
Annual bag cost = price per bag × bags per changeout × changeouts per year.
Annual labour cost = labour hours per changeout × hourly rate × changeouts per year.
Annual direct cost = bag cost + labour cost. Difference = Plan B – Plan A.
Labour hours are total person-hours: two people working for one hour equal two labour hours. Displayed amounts are rounded to two decimals. The comparison excludes downtime, waste disposal, freight, tax, energy and other costs. It does not establish equal filtration performance, predict bag life or guarantee savings. Confirm each plan’s technical suitability separately.
